James City County’s Office of Housing, in partnership with Literacy for Life, is offering a “Making the Most of Your Refund” workshop on Tuesday, Jan. 31 at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Participants can attend in person at the James City County Human Services Center (5249 Olde Towne Rd.) or virtually on Zoom.
This one-hour workshop will provide tips and resources for preparing your taxes, avoiding tax prep scams, getting help when you need it and making the most of your refund. For more information, call the Office of Housing at 757-259-5340.
