Suspect at Large: JCCPD Needs Your Help in Identifying Suspect

JCCPD announces a crime has occurred

On Feb. 26, a Hampton resident contacted the JCCPD to report that their banking cards had been stolen earlier in the day from their workplace. Shortly after, the suspect traveled to the Williamsburg Premium Outlets and used the stolen cards at the adjacent Rite Aid and Food Lion, spending hundreds of dollars. The suspect, captured in footage provided by Food Lion Management, appears to be an adult Black male. He exited and entered the passenger seat of a red SUV, believed to be a Ford Edge.

We urge the public to come forward with any information they may have regarding this individual. With your help, we can bring closure to this investigation, ensure justice is served, and keep our community safe.
