The dance combinations are slightly slower than the ones you do in a typical Zumba class, but the energy is just as high. If you love the original Zumba class, come splash in to a lower-impact version of the fun new workout craze. Arthritis Water Exercise provides an environment for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness, and improving range of movement of joints affected by arthritis in soothing warm water. Water supports joints, lessens stress, allows free movement and provides mild resistance to build muscle strength. Participants perform range-of-motion, strengthening and aerobic exercise. No swimming ability is required.

One of America's best-attended recruiting events returns for its twelfth year as the annual Focus College Showcase and Select Camp takes place in James City County on June 22 & 23, 2019.
Providing the unique combination of 7 v 7 tournament play alongside the ability to be coached in small groups by college coaches of your choosing, Focus Showcase and College Select Camp provides the ultimate weekend package for recruiting exposure.
Focus Showcase on Saturday June 22 is a one-day tournament that takes place on 12 multi-sport turf fields at Warhill Sports Complex, which have been newly replaced this winter, and is open to all age groups. Each team plays five 7 v 7 games, with all pool winners receiving medals.

The James City County Police Department will be offering free firearm safety classes to the public. Each one-session class will cover basic safety, handling, storage and laws related to carrying a concealed handgun in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The class does not include hands-on training, and personal firearms should be left at home in a secure location.
This course meets the requirement for the “Documentation of Proof of Handgun Competency” as part of the VA Concealed Handgun Permit application process, and a certificate of attendance will be provided to attendees.
