Multi-Level Water Exercise

A variety of stretching, toning and cardio exercises designed so everyone can work to their ability and improve Activities of Daily Living. Progressions and alternatives are offered. Try different moves and keep your body toned and burn calories while having fun. Includes targets exercises for hips, shoulders, knees and core.

SilverSneakers Splash

A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.

Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT) Meeting

The Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT) holds a monthly meeting involving the approval of funding for requested services recommended by the FAP Team and local community policymaking entity. Economic Development Authority Meeting

The EDA is a 7-member volunteer board whose members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors and serve staggered 4-year terms. The Authority’s mission is to assist and support James City County and the Office of Economic Development in fostering the development and expansion of a diversified and health base of primary businesses and industry to balance the tax base, increase job opportunities, enhance the quality of life in James City County and perform required statutory roles.
