Students should improve their skills and increase their endurance by swimming familiar strokes (front crawl and back crawl) for greater distances. Students also build on the butterfly and will be introduced to the elementary backstroke, breaststroke and elements of the sidestroke. The basics of turning at a wall are also introduced.

    Earn your CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, Automatic External Defibrillation, and Lifeguard certification through the American Red Cross. Class cost is $200.
